It is a training to stimulate creativity by re-discovering the deeper physical sensations of the body.
The goal is to develop the presence necessary to harmoniously find body/mind unity, which in turn helps to gain greater freedom in the realisation of one’s own creativity and in turn one’s life experiences. This integrated approach is a method to teach people of different ages and within different contexts. The teaching can also enrich work one’s present work.

CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY
The Foundations of the Method
Grew originally from the personal professional and artistic experiences of the founders, the contributions of theoretical research on the body and creativity, the languages of contemporary dance, other art and movement practices, the study and practice of mindfulness training.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
Contributions from psychology (C.G. Jung, D.W. Winnicott, S. Arieti), theoretical and practical contributions from the neurosciences (A. Damasio, C. Pert, V. Gallese, D. Siegal ) and from dance therapy (M. Whitehouse, J. Adler, J. Chodorow). The movement analysis of R. Laban and body connections of I. Bartenieff/ P. Hackney are basic foundations.
The knowledge of the traditional forms of meditation that integrate the body and the mind (yoga, tai-chi-chuan), the Mindfulness approach embodied by Jon Kabat-Zinn and other meditation leaders and Authentic Movement practice ( J. Adler) offer invaluable learning that are part of the support structure of the discipline.
IMPROVISATION AND PLAY
Rediscovering creativity involves rediscovering the spirit of play in relation with one’s inner and outer world. By improvisation we mean letting the movement flow so as to give shape to one’s impulses at the very moment in which they are given form. Through practical experience, the two resources, play and improvisation, provide access to learning about theoretical elements and creative process.
Elements of the practice of Authentic Movement are taught within the training to expand and further a future guide’s receptive and compassionate ability to lead a group.
We privilege group work because the relational dimension facilitates re-connecting with oneself.
THE CREATIVE PROCESS
This is training the capacity for concentration and in-depth listening. It is first exploring and discovering and only then defining the shape of movement. What is more important is the process itself, which is free, joyful and without judgment, rather than the perfection of what is produced.
