TRAINING
Structure and objectives
The training is based on a progressive methodical approach in order to be able to transmit and teach it to people of different ages in different contexts. The teaching can also be applied to work one is already doing. It can in addition offer a path of personal development for those looking exclusively for self-growth. The training covers a total of 358 hours (266 in contact with the teachers and the group and 92 of work at home and of internship) and is structured in 2 levels.
Basic Level
The Basic Level consists of learning the foundations of the methodology through personal growth experiences. It consists of three cycles each of which has three seminars. Upon completion of the three cycles ( a total of 9 seminars) the Basic Level will allow access to the Professional Level.
Professional Level
It aims to teach how to teach the Creative Movement and Mindfulness methodology. At the end of the Professional Level the García-Plevin® method Creative Movement diploma will be obtained which qualifies the student, now certified, to hold Creative Movement method Garcia-Plevin groups.

WHAT DOES CREATIVE MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS training OFFER?
A method to teach our integrated approach to people of different ages and in different contexts. The methodology can also be applied within one’s own work.
The training is also open to those who wish to follow a path of personal growth. Although our method can favor psychophysical well-being, unlike the Dance Movement Therapy, it is not designed to treat specific mental/physical personal situations or pathologies.
HOW IS IT ORGANIZED?
The training is organized in two levels: Basic Level and Professional Level.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A TRAINING SEMINAR?
Complete the registration form that you find by opening the seminar form. You will receive a confirmation email with the information to complete the registration and make the payment.
WHAT DOES THE BASIC LEVEL OF THE CREATIVE MOVEMENT OFFER?
The basic level offers an in-depth knowledge of one’s creativity. The basic foundations of Garcia-Plevin methodology® are taught.
HOW IS THE BASIC LEVEL OF TRAINING ORGANIZED?
The basic level is organized in three cycles of three seminars each that are presented in a continuous cycle during the year. The cycles can be attended in any order in which it is possible for the student. For more information download the complete program.
HOW DOES THE CREDIT SYSTEM WORK?
Each seminar is equivalent to 4 credits, the complete cycle is 12 credits. At the end of each cycle, upon presentation of a written paper, a certificate is received for that cycle.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE ANNUAL ASSOCIATION FEE OF FIVE EURos?
Yes, to participate in our activities it is necessary to be a member of the Garcia-Plevin Method Creative Movement Association. The membership fee must be paid together with the first seminar you intend to attend and is valid for the calendar year.
WHAT DOES THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF CREATIVE MOVEMENT OFFER?
It offers the theoretical and didactic tools to teach the methodology. Once the Level has been completed, you are qualified to teach our methodology and use its name.
